In public markets, we take concentrated positions in businesses we have studied deeply and intend to hold for years, engaging directly with management as long-term shareholders. In private markets, we acquire and steward established operating companies with durable cash flows and strong teams.
Because the capital is our own, we answer to no fund cycle, no redemption calendar, and no outside mandate. We can hold indefinitely, move decisively, and measure success in years rather than quarters.

We manage proprietary family capital only. With no outside investors and no fund lifecycle, we are free to underwrite opportunities on their own terms and hold them for as long as they deserve.

Public equities and direct private investment inform one another: operating ownership sharpens how we evaluate public companies, and public-market discipline sharpens how we underwrite acquisitions.
